The OCC Staff performs an integral role in the daily and weekly mission, vision, operation, administration, care and upkeep of the church.  The staff is composed of members who work in the following ministries:  maintenance, clerical, music, media, counseling, youth ministry, and administration.  The staff works under the leadership and guidance of Bishop and Mrs. Charles E. 

Wallace.
